Karl is the Principal Consultant at Qudos Recruitment, he has developed his skills through sales and relationship building, always focussing on adding value and nurturing clients. His core strength and experience are in Health Care and IT recruitment and his networks lie in these areas. Utilising a consultative approach, he understands the importance of listening and providing high service levels to develop sustainable relationships.

Throughout his 10 year career in business development and recruitment in various sectors, Karl has acquired the commercial acumen to understand clients briefs and source best fit individuals to drive forward and support their business unit.

He has experience recruiting from SME level on single contracts through to blue chip resourcing for multiple role assignments including salary benchmarking and retained Head Hunting campaigns.

His strong focus is on building high level networks and providing a well communicated service based offering to his clients, and a great recruitment experience to candidates; to include career advice and options.
